Excellent customer service , extremely clean facility absolutely love the fact some one is there to help or answer questions even after hours an actual human answers and not some automated system. Love the fact they have locations all across Wichita live on the east side but work on the west side doesn’t matter there’s a location near you anywhere you go. Will ALWAYS give my business to Max Secure Storage, the GM is absolutely amazing along with Miss Kylie store manager sweet as can be!!!
